By making your purchase through USPedicurespa.com, you certify that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions described below:
1. The Contract
The terms and conditions described below serves as a written contract between YOU as a buyer/customer and USPedicurespa.com – the product’s seller/service provider.
2. Order Payment
By submitting your order through USPedicurespa.com’s order processing system, you agreed to pay the order’s total amount shown in the order confirmation page with your Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express credit card that you provide during the order checkout process. The recipient of the payment is US Pedicure Spa (dba USPedicurespa.com).
3. Order Change/Cancellation
Any request for change and cancellation of order must be made within 48 hours after submitting order. No Change or Cancellation of order will be allowed after 48 hours from the time the order is submitted the order.
Once the order is shipped, no return or cancel will be allowed without product manufacturer’s approval. Customers must request Return Authorization (MRA) directly from product's manufacture or through email@example.com website before shipping any item back. Returned shipment without MRA will be rejected. No refund will be issued without manufacturer's approval. If an order return is authorized, a restocking fee of up to 25% of sale prices plus shipping fees will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your refund amount.
The estimated delivery time shown in the product’s detail page is provided by product’s manufacturers. The estimated delivery time is subject to change without notice. All shipments will be dropped at curbside (front of salon). Addition fees apply for inside or upstairs delivery. If inside or upstairs delivery is required, you must request inside or upstairs delivery services during your order submission. Freight companies can provide these services at an additional fee.
You have all the rights to open and inspect all the boxes in a shipment before signing the delivery receipt. You must inspect all items to ensure they are in acceptable condition. Once you sign the delivery receipt, USPedicurespa.com will not be responsible for any damaged, wrong, or missing items.
6. Accuracy of Information
We update the information on our website frequently at US Pedicure Spa, but there may be differences in availability when you place your order. We recommend that you contact one of our customer service representatives directly before choosing the products for your salon or spa. Please note that, due to variations in computer screens and resolutions, the colors appearing on the site may differ than the actual color of the item.
